Let us introduce you Mario & Denise:
Mario Charalambous, Technical Director. 
Completed his training before moving on to join the team at Harrods Hair & Beauty Salon in 1989 as their youngest recruited stylist. After a working sabbatical in Australia, Mario transferred to the Elizabeth Arden salon in Piccadilly then moving to Richard Ward in 1994, being promoted to Technical Director in 2001. Mario trains, educates, mentors and manages the technical team as well as a huge and loyal clientele including tv presenters,actors and royalty. Uniquely, Mario skills in both technical and styling gives him a well-rounded overview in both fields. Mario is both forward thinking and motivated to lead the way in colour and technical innovations within the salon. With his knowledge and vast experience, Mario has been at the forefront of technical development for the company’s product portfolio and regularly works with Richard to present RW products to the consumer audience through shopping channels in UK and Australia. A well-respected industry specialist, Mario now educates and shares his knowledge through the courses he teaches at L’Oréal Academies nationwide and judges major technical competitions such as the L’Oréal Colour Trophy. He received one of the highest pass marks in his L’Oréal Specialist Colour Degree and as his reputation suggests, he regularly works with L’Oréal on NPD for their brands (New Product Development). Renowned in the trade as one of the most respected colour technicians within the UK and internationally.
Denice Bio is both a stylist, creative Director and a Colour Technician. Have more than 30 years’ experience in the industry of hairdressing. Been working at Richard Ward salon since 2014 with Mario Charalambous. Been trained in all Technical areas – colour, cutting, styling. 
Denice session work has featured on numerous music, videos, editorials and TV dramas, tending the hair of many iconic figures such as Joanna Lumley, Brian Ferry, Peter Gabriel, Kylie Minogue and Zoe Wannamaker. Denice also worked with the RW Artistic Team at shows such as the National Wedding Show and London Fashion week.
